Your CV/Resume will be bespoke to you and sector specific. Here we will showcase your skills and experience. We will display examples of how you work and share your successes throughout your career. We will make your CV sector specific by linking your transferrable skills to the specialist requirements which gives you a higher chance of securing an interview. We will make you stand out from the crowd! You will receive two CV templates, one works well in minimising age discrimination and you will also receive a traditional format too. Notice we don’t add your address to your CV. This is to keep your personal information safe. We only go back a maximum of ten years in your work history but can name drop an employer in your profile should you wish. We write your CV using google docs and will share this link with you. This means that you can still download your CV into Word even if you don’t have a Microsoft account. We will only keep your CV on file for 28 days. During the 28 days after purchase you can request amendments to ensure you are completely satisfied. We will then post you a pen drive via recorded delivery with the finalised CV’s in Microsoft Word and PDF formats so you have a back up copy. This is optional and a complimentary service we offer.

Once you have purchased your CV we will make contact with you to arrange a FREE ten minute consultation where we can gather some education and employment history. We will make contact within three days and you will receive your CV within 5 days of purchase via email. You then have 28 days to request any amendments before receiving your final copy via email and on a pen drive via recorded delivery as a back up. (Should you wish to opt in for the back up service) We will then delete your CV link from our records to keep your information safe. You can request a full refund which will be honoured if we haven’t started writing your CV. Due to the service being bespoke we will work with you to amend your CV until it meets your needs within the allocated 28 days. If you need further support after this point and during the 28 days we offer FREE Q&A sessions where you can gain insight in what is happening in the job market, receive interview support and help with planning and research.
